By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your card details.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes upon receipt of full payment.

The Rhino Hook is designed for use with cordless power tools on tool belts. While the product includes tether attachment points, it is your responsibility to follow all relevant working-at-height regulations and your employer's or site's safety procedures. We accept no liability for injuries or damage arising from improper use of the product.
