We want you to be completely happy with your Rhino Hook. If you're not, we'll sort it.
You may return any unused Rhino Hook within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day window will not be accepted for a standard return.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
If your Rhino Hook arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the full cost of the return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@zzion.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the fault and we'll get it resolved quickly.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it, depending on your bank or card provider.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason (the cooling-off period). To exercise this right, notify us at sales@zzion.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.
